The use of a VPN and proxy is not allowed on our platform under any circumstances. You agree that you will not use IP proxying or other methods to disguise the place of your residence, for any purpose. If you do this, we may terminate the access to your account.Further, we may terminate your account if you:
(a) Use any kind of VPN, proxies or other software to modify your IP address.
(b) Provide false information when completing surveys, mislead the RewardsAhoy staff in order to obtain coins.
(c) Use more than one account per user/IP address.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us and our survey and advertising partners information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Virtual Credits (Gold Coins)
Our on-site currency (also referred to as "Gold Coins") is not a form of real money. It does not hold any monetary value and may never be redeemed for "real world" money, or other items of monetary value / inherent value.
While we may use terms like "earn", "withdraw" or "redeem" in reference to the virtual credits, we do so only for convenience and such terms in no way indicate that RewardsAhoy's virtual credits hold monetary value or are real money whatsoever. You acknowledge that RewardsAhoy's virtual credits are not redeemable for any sum of "real world" money from us at any time.
We make no guarantee and take no responsibility as to the nature, value, or quality of the features of the service or any third-party goods or services that will be accessible through the use of RewardsAhoy's virtual credits.
Rewards
You may redeem coins awarded to you for digital gift cards ("rewards") subject to eligibility requirements. Supplies may be limited. Rewards may be awarded on a first-come, first-served and while-supplies-last basis.
Although we strive to process all rewards in a timely manner, there are no guarantees that rewards will be processed or received by you within published timeframes. In addition, limits or restrictions may be implemented on the amount that can be redeemed within a certain time period to prevent abuse or misuse of the service.
Rewards that are unclaimed for whatever reason (including, but not limited to, because your account information with us or with a payment provider is incorrect or outdated) may be recovered and refunded by us after 30 days have elapsed. No credit, reversal, or refund of coins will be issued, for any reason, when we cannot recover a reward.
Pending Coins
As part of our efforts to combat fraudulent and abusive behavior, Surveys and high-value offers, determined at our sole discretion, may not be credited to your account until 10 days have elapsed since the survey or offer was recorded to your account.
Tax
You acknowledge and agree that we do not have the ability, in every instance, to determine whether or not the coins or rewards you have earned and/or redeemed are considered taxable earnings in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for any and all tax liability's.

Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us.
We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Limitations of Liability
Use of our services is at your own risk. RewardsAhoy's, its owners and affiliates will never be held liable for any individual's profits or losses caused by this website. RewardsAhoy and its affiliates assume no responsibility for any loss of virtual credits or chargebacks issued by our advertising partners.
Referrals
You may not to use your referral link to refer another member of your household.
You may not solicit signups through objectionable means including but not limited to: spamming where prohibited, making false or egregious claims, through illegal or offensive content, impersonation, or any other disreputable mean.
You will not be awarded any coins when your referrals earn coins awarded directly by us, including, but not limited to, bonuses and other promotions.
If any of your referrals have their account suspended any coins earned from that referral will be reversed.
Verification
We may require verification before a reward is processed. As part of our efforts to combat fraudulent and abusive behavior, we may, from time to time, request that you complete our account verification process. Please don't send verification documents directly to use, we will use a third party provider to process verification's.
Rewards may not be processed if your account is flagged for verification. Rewards will be sent once the verification process is completed.
